Location:  All students registered for in-person/paper and pencil/Administration 1 exams will be testing at the Morgantown Marriott Waterfront Place, beginning on May 3, 2021. Plan to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time and proceed directly to the foyer/patio area of Meeting Rooms F-H.  If you park in the garage, enter the hotel on the second floor and follow the carpeted hallway.  If you enter through the front lobby, the testing area is to your left.  Signs will be posted.   Remain in the holding area until instructed to enter the testing rooms.

Students registered for Music Theory or World Language exams will test in person/paper and pencil at Morgantown High School or the Suncrest Center (523 Junior Ave.) during Administration 2.  These students will receive additional information shortly.

All students registered for digital exams will test at home during Administration 2 or 3.

Students approved for accommodated testing must communicate with Ms. Kingery regarding your testing location.

Parking at the Marriott:  Parking fees will be waived ONLY IF you use the Morgantown Marriott Event Center Garage.  You are responsible for any fees associated with parking elsewhere.

What to bring:  Visit the link to What to Bring on Exam Day for a list of items you must bring and items that are prohibited.  This link includes the calculator policy.  Please note that phones and smartwatches are NOT permitted in the testing area. If you bring these items, they will be collected and stored elsewhere.  In addition to the items listed, consider bringing a back-up calculator (for tests that allow them), extra batteries, as well as a sweater or jacket.  IDs are required for all home-schooled/independent study students, and everyone must wear a mask at all times.
