UHS TSA Members Take on Nationals in Nashville! Over the past five days, 20 incredible students from University High School took on the challenge of the 2025 National TSA Conference in Nashville, TN! These Hawks traveled to Music City to compete against more than 8,000 students from across the U.S., Germany, and Turkey in events such as Architectural Design, Children’s Stories, Structural Design, Biotechnology, and many more. Although they return without a trophy, they bring home something even more meaningful—pride, integrity, and the true winning spirit of UHS that carried them all the way to Nationals. Throughout the experience, they also gained valuable skills in collaboration, leadership, and, of course, learned how to unwind in style. We are incredibly proud of their efforts and the way they represented our school, Monongalia County Schools and West Virginia! Way to go, Hawks! 🦅🎉💛❤️

Due to storm damage, all Monongalia County Schools will operate on a 2-hour delay for students on Tuesday, 4/22/2025. Also, due to power outages, there will be no school for students at Suncrest Elementary, Mason Dixon Elementary and Clay-Battelle High School on 4/22/2025.
